How I work:
I accompany parents and their families throughout their pregnancy, labor, and the first few hours of postpartum bliss to assist in a safe, satisfying, and empowering birth experience. I provide evidence-based informational resources, physical comfort and emotional support to parents and their families by encouraging them to advocate for their ideal birth.

Holistic Birth Support
Personalized to your family’s holistic needs. Whether this is your first child, or your fourth child, we dive deep into your physical, mental, and familial preparation. $100 discount of for clients who pay in full, and most of my additional services are 20% off for my doula clients.
